Jita Bet Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Jita Bet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Jita Bet ("the Platform", "we", "us"). 2. Eligibility

To register and use Jita Bet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on Jita Bet. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, a valid phone number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Jita Bet is not liable for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information.

• Your account password must be kept confidential. Do not share it with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Jita Bet support immediately.
• Jita Bet may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform.

Account registration is free. Jita Bet does not charge any fee to create or maintain a player account.

4. Deposits and Payments

Jita Bet accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in BDT. Jita Bet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Deposits are credited to your Jita Bet account balance in real time under normal circumstances. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Jita Bet does not charge deposit fees, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

5. Withdrawals

Jita Bet processes withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the support team.

Standard withdrawal processing time is under 3 minutes during normal operating hours. During periods of high volume or system maintenance, processing may take longer. Jita Bet will notify players of any expected delays.

• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in the player's own name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Jita Bet may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.

• Withdrawals of winnings derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be voided.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, and IP address.

• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.

• Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. All outcomes are random and independent of previous results.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other manipulative strategies.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your Jita Bet account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your mobile banking provider after funds have been used on the platform.

Jita Bet monitors all accounts for suspicious activity. If prohibited behaviour is detected, we reserve the right to freeze accounts, withhold withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently ban players found in violation of these rules.

9. Responsible Gaming

Player-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be paid out to your registered payment method after identity verification, provided there are no outstanding wagering requirements or pending investigations.

Jita Bet-initiated closure: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or associated with prohibited behaviour as described in Section 8. In such cases, balances may be forfeited in full.

• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.
• Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the account settings section.
• Players who have self-excluded cannot reopen their accounts until the exclusion period has fully elapsed.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jita Bet's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Jita Bet is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, or opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or game malfunctions.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to maintain adequate password security.

Jita Bet makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times, though we work hard to maintain maximum uptime and reliability.
